Realism is a style where the tattoo looks like a photo or a painting: full light and shadow, depth and the texture of skin, fur or fabric. Instead of outlines it relies on smooth tonal transitions - which is why realism needs a lot of precision and more time than simple designs.

Your tattoo artist is Daria Malińska, a graduate in Interior Architecture from the Academy of Fine Arts with over 10 years of tattooing experience. Composition, light and proportion are the foundation of realism, and every design is made individually, never from flash. The studio is in central Krakow, at ul. Królewska 2.
Pain depends mostly on placement, not on style. Realism does need longer sessions, so we plan breaks and split large projects into stages.
Yes - that is the best starting point. I will check whether the photo works for realism and suggest the size and framing.
The surface heals in about 2-3 weeks, fully in about 1-2 months. You get aftercare instructions after the session and I stay in touch if you have questions.
